Refund policy

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return any product bought from Online Retail Management, provided it is unused, in its original packaging and complete with every accessory, manual and part it arrived with. To start a return, email sales@ormpartner.com with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is for your own account, and we recommend a tracked courier, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged on the way back to us. Once your return arrives we inspect it, and if it meets these conditions we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 10 working days. We cannot accept returns on products that have been used, modified, incorrectly installed or damaged through misuse or accident; these will be sent back to you at your cost. Products that develop a fault are handled separately under the 12-month manufacturer or importer warranty that covers our entire range.
